Primary Admission Policy

New Hope is a pure Bilingual complex with three sections: (English and  French sections and the Nursery) 

 

  1.  English and French sections:

  1. Situation

New Hope is situated in soboum Douala locality.

  1. Courses

We offer Basic education courses from the ministry of Basic Education classes one to six

  1. Registrations

  1. Registrations shall start on the 1stof August 2019 for both New and old pupils
  2. Old and new pupils will need to bring their previous report 2018/2019
  3. Photocopy of their birth certificate (New & Old pupils)
  4. Certificate of transfer (New pupils)
  5. One ream of paper A4 and 6 toilet papers both new and old pupils

  1. ADMISSION

  1. Admission is reserved for all young pupils from 5 to 10 years in the primary as follows:
  • Class 1special
  • Class 2special
  • Class 3special
  • Class 4special
  • Class 5special
  • Class 6special
  1. All parents are advised to pay the first deposit of the fee during registrations.

 

  1.  The Nursery

  1. Courses:

We started a special training at the Nursery Section in our Complex as from this year 2018. We want to make sure the children cover all the seven Areas of development and the Learning process at the Nursery namely:

  1. Physical development
  2. Personal, Emotional and Social well- being
  3. Language and Communication development
  4.  Literacy : Reading
  5. Mathematics
  6. Understanding the world
  7. Expressive arts and design

 

  1. Registration at the Nursery

  1. Registrations shall starts on the 1stof August 2019 for both New and old pupils
  2.  All new children are required to bring Vaccination record from birth to date
  1. Photocopy of the birth certificate
  2. One ream of paper A4 and 6 toilet papers both new and old children

 

 

  1. Admission at the Nursery

  1. Admission in the Nursery is reserved for children from 1 to 4 years + as follows:
  • Kindergarten: 1 to 2 years plus
  • Pre Nursery: 2 to 3 years
  • Nursery 1: 3 to 4 years
  • Nursery 2: 4 to 5 years
  • A special section for children below 1 year is opened

NB: All the Nursery parents are required to pay 10000frs for End of first term feast in Kinder, Pre Nursery and Nursery one.

Nursery two children will be paying 12000frs for the same feast and their end of year Graduation.

All other information shall be given to you during the course of the school year.

NB: Parents might be asked to pay in other extra money out of the fee from the list below. 

NB. All class 6 and CM2 pupils are required to pay 7000frs for their end of year Graduation.

Official examination and the Mock fees will be paid according to the official price from the Ministry of Basic Education and latest end of November 2019

All other information shall be given to you during the course of the school year.
