STAFF RESUMPTION 2022/2023

Dear KD and NH Staff members

All Staff are hereby inform that the official days for staff resumption are as follows:

 28th /08 /2022 at 8am for New Hope Administrative staff

 01st /08/2022 New Hope and King David  permanent staff

16th/08/2022 non permanent staff of New Hope and King David with  administrative staff.

UPDATES IN STAFF FILES 2022/2023

Dear New Hope and King David Staff Members,

Following my end of year message to you in July 2020, announcing the updates of all staff files in our complex every year,  I  want to remind you here that the exercise will continue properly  every school year. 

We now request all staff to fill  our inn application form from our offices at New Hope or print from website . If you have difficulties downloading the application you may just collect a copy from our New Hope offices. 

Fill the the form and drop in the Director's office at New Hope or King David.

SUBMISSION OF END OF YEAR REPORTS AND INTERNAL END OF YEAR INSPECTION 2020/2021/ , 2021/2022, 

Dear staff New Hope and King David
Due to unforseen circumstances we could not carry out this  exercise  in June 2021

We shall now conduct for all working staff our end of years inspection and collection of end of year reports as from 2nd /08 to the 30th/08/2022. This will be one of the conditions we may have to maintain any old staff member on any administrative or teaching post for the academic year 2022/2023.

We shall be inspecting all teaching staff on the following areas:
1) Curriculum development 
a) Lesson note books
b) Lesson plans
c) Pédagogique counselling notes from departmental meetings and In service seminars
d) Personal mark sheets
e) How you use Registers, Students Attendance records, Log books
F) Your contribution to students life
( clubs, sports, extra curricular activities)
g) Your personal life that is
( attendance, assiduity, ponctuality )

The Administrative staff shall be inspected occording to the skedule of their end of year report given to them 

We invite all administrative members to get all documents ready for the exercise.

OLD AND NEW APPLICANTS FILES MUST CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING

Dear OLD AND NEW APPLICANTS OF KD. & NH. TEACHERS
I am writing in response to your application to teach or continue work in our Complex (New Hope and King David) 2022/2023, 
Based on the requirements listed in our advertisement information ,  we shall process all application demands and  invite you for an interview  face to face discussions as from the  1/08/2022 to the 30th/08/2022  in our Nursery and Primary school premises located at Soboum
quarters after Dakar roundabout Telephone: 677.781.801/ 682.164.491 for any changes you may wish (for old staff.)

   You are required to bring along the following: (For all new applicans and old staff incomplet files)
•        Identity documents – Your ID/PASSPORT
•       Our inn fully completed application form (hard copy)
•       Enhanced Non Conviction Certificate for old staff.
•       Certified highest diploma or certificate old staff
•       Qualifications certificates
•       Attestations of services from previous employers
•       National Insurance number certificate
•       Any other relevant documentation to support your application...
