King David Comprehensive College is pure Anglo - Saxon Institution made up of both General and Commercial Departments. The General Section runs from form 0ne to upper sixth form. This section is made up of both Arts and Science departments, especially the Advance level. The science department is blessed with four well equipped and functional laboratories. These laboratories are;-
We are proud to say out loudly that we are the best school so far, what makes us unique is our content effort to attain perfection. This is evidenced from our efforts every year to upgrade and update our laboratories with specimens, chemicals and equipments. Being the only school in Douala 3 with a Geology lab, we are going lengths to make sure that we lay hands on as much minerals, fossils and crystal models, as we can get. We can now boast of a good amount of Rock Samples, minerals, fossils and crystal models.
The Arts Department concentrates on its main courses like History, Languages, Literature, Economics, Philosophy, and so on.
Created by the Ministerial degree on the 22nd Dec. 2009, the General education section of King David was extended from the 1st cycle to the 2nd cycle on the 04th Nov. 2013 by the Minister of Secondary Education. These two cycles have been attributed official examination centre no 11791 by the Cameroon General Certificate of Education Board.
The Commercial Section runs in King David Comprehensive College from form one to upper sixth, offering Accounting, Business, and Clerical studies specialties.
Created on the 18th Dec. 2009, by a ministerial degree, this section of King David witnessed its extension when the Ministry approved our application and granted the second cycle on the 03rd March 2014. The 2nd cycle offers two Advance level Commercial specialties which are Accounting and Business Studies.
