ACTIVITIES DURING THE SUMMER WITH THE FOUNDING DIRECTOR

 At the  Nursery we provide a safe, secure, welcoming and happy environment for children from the ages of 1 to 5 years.

  1. We treat every child as an individual and meet additional needs regardless of gender, race, nationality , tribe and culture without discriminating.
  2. We encourage equal opportunities for all children and adults involved with the nursery.
  3. We recognise the value of parents input and encourage them to share in their children’s learning.
  4. We promote positive behaviour by praising, encouraging and being attentive to the needs of the children.
  5. We continually assess the guidance available from all sources, particularly Basic Education departments and have best practice in all areas.
  6. We value all staff highly and ensure that every opportunity is given to each staff member to develop their personal skills and to broaden their knowledge and skills in caring for and educating your children.

  1. COURSES AT THE NURSERY:

We started a special training at the Nursery Section for children below 1 year since last year 2018. We want to make sure the children cover all the seven Areas of development and the Learning process at the Nursery namely:

  1. Physical development
  2. Personal, Emotional and Social well- being
  3. Language and Communication development
  4.  Literacy : Reading
  5. Mathematics
  6. Understanding the world
  7. Expressive arts and design

 

 

 

  1. ADMISSION AT THE NURSERY

  1. Admission at the Nursery is reserved for children from below 1 to 4 years + as follows:
  • Kindergarten: 1 to 3 years                                                           
  • Pre Nursery: 3 to 4 years
  • Nursery 1: 4 to 5 years
  • Nursery 2: 5 to 6 years
  • A special section for children 1 year is opened
  • NB: All the Nursery parents are required to pay 10,000frs for End of first term and end of year feast at Kinder, Pre Nursery and Nursery one.

Nursery two children will be paying 12000frs for the same feast and their end of year Graduation.

All Nursery children during Registrations shall bring : One ream of A4 paper and 6 toilets tissus 

All other information shall be given to you during the course of the school year.
